NATURAL CURE FOR CANCER (GUYABANO OR SOURSOP).


There are several fruits in the world today that most people do not know their health benefits to mankind. One of these fruits is Guyabano also known as soursop by the western countries. This fruit is not well-known like other fruits and not mostly researched. Guyabano is a tree that is adaptable to warm tropical climate. Guyabano fruit is a green pear-shaped fruit covered with soft spines. The ripe and mature fruit of Guyabano weigh about 2 to 5 kilograms and its ovoid like in shape. It has a thin skin and whitish pulp which is soft, fleshy and fibrous. It has a distinct and sweet flavor which taste like pineapple and strawberry and also with a tang of sour citrus taste. Also, it should be noted that the seed is inedible black seed.
According to research, each part of Guyabano tree such as fruits, bark, leaves, roots and seeds have been used for medicinal purposes. The fruits and leaves are good treatment for stomach distress, asthma, fever, pain and cough. While on other hand, the seed can be used to treat nausea and vomiting. However, we often enjoy eating some fruits because its tastes nicely but did not know its health benefits. Guyabano fruits are rich in some vitamins and nutrients such as vitamin C, Calcium, Iron, Riboflavin, Phosphorus, Thiamine, Carbohydrate, Niacin and Fiber.
